Arconam enters Romanian market through the acquisition of Danone and ANCOM headquarters

The investment fund Arcona Property Fund officially entered the Romanian real estate market by acquiring the Danone headquarters and part of the ANCOM headquarters from the Cypriot fund Secure Property Development & Investment, a transaction concluded almost two years after the initial plans.

The EOS office building has been fully purchased and has a valuation value of EUR 5.3 million \. The building has an area of 3,386 sqm, fully leased to Danone.

In parallel, Arcona also completed the acquisition of the 24.35 percent stake that SPDI had in the Delenco office building in the center of Bucharest. The building has 10,375 sqm and has 4 tenants, of which the regulatory authority in communications ANCOM is the largest, with a share of 81 percent of rental income.
