AWIN chooses DSTRCT.Berlin for its German base

HB Reavis' DSTRCT.Berlin development has a new tenant, AWIN, a global affiliate marketing network, has taken almost 2,900 sqm of space and is the first company to move into the historic old hall at DSTRCT.Berlin. AWIN AG expects to move in during March/April 2022.

The international workspace provider's first German development, DSTRCT.Berlin, includes an entirely new office building and newly restored halls. AWIN, a media business with a twenty-year history of innovative technologies and valuable data insights, decided for one of them and will enjoy a unique working atmosphere with exposed brick walls decorated with distinctive graffiti art. Over 150 sq m of rooftop terrace area is just the cherry on the literal top to make sure the AWIN teams' wellbeing is boosted on their working days with a relax zone where they can recharge and enjoy the views.
