AXA Assistance takes 2,000 sqm at Nová Karolina Park

Czech developer PasserInvest has landed a new tenant to take space in Nová Karolina Park: AXA Assistance will take 2,000 sqm of space in the office portion of the Nová Karolina development in Ostrava. The transaction brings the occupancy in the building, completed in the early 2013, to 40 percent. Other tenants in the building include Česká spořitelna, UniCredit Bank, UniCredit Leasing, ABB ČR and Ness.

AXA Assistance plans to move into to the building in two phases in May and August 2014. AXA Assistance has been active in the Czech market since 1998. The BREEAM certified office project Nová Karolina Park offers 24,600 sqm of office and 3,700 sqm of retail on the ground floor. It was developed by PasserInvest in a joint venture with Gemo Olomouc and Multi Development Czech Republic.
