For the first time Bulgaria and Croatia was featured in the CIJ AWARDS Serbia & SEE categories presented the best projects and service providers on the market place. GTC won in 3 categories to take the biggest wins with GTC X in Belgrade for Best Office Development <20k sqm, Best New Office Tenant Lease Transaction with 9,000 sqm and Best Overall Developer. CTP was the top winner with 4 wins for Best Regional Warehouse Development with 40,000 sqm CTPark Sofia West in Bulgaria, Best Warehouse Development Serbia with 50,000 sqm CTPark Belgrade North NBC 1 and NBC 3, Best SEE Warehouse Upcoming Development for 135,000 sqm project CTPark Belgrade City and Best New Warehouse Tenant Lease Transaction Serbia with 38,000 sqm CTPark Novi Sad, NVS 3 for Elesys.

This years awards attracted more than 70 projects, services and company nominations in 15 categories. The awards voting jury was adjudicated by an invited top management board committee and a selected 1000 strong online CIJ readers jury. The weighting of the jury committee voting was 61% and 39% of the final result.

The winners of each individual categories also advance as nominations for the Best of the Best CIJ HOF Awards in April 2023. The Hall of Fame Awards is the climax to the CIJ Awards series, pitting the winning projects and companies from around Central & Eastern Europe against each other to determine who the Best of the Best really are.
