Dagesh Group invests EUR 6.5 million in a residential project in Bucharest

Dagesh Group is investing EUR 6.5 million in a residential project with 46 apartments on Calea Plevnei in Bucharest. The two apartment blocks in the Opera Residence are under construction and will have heights of ten and five floors. The sale of the project is handled by Green Alley.

Dagesh Group, also has in its portfolio the Platinum Center office building and other boutique residential projects.

"Construction works have started, and currently 40 percent of the apartments are pre-contracted. Due to the lack of land in the area, the supply of new housing is limited. From our estimates, we will complete the sales until the apartments are delivered, in the fourth quarter of 2022 ”, says Alina Verdeață, founder & CEO of Green Alley.
