Damco signs lease in Segro Logistics Park Prague

Damco leased 2,800 sqm of space at Segro Logistic Park Prague in Hostivice, a town to the west of Prague. The deal was brokered by JLL. The logistics provider, part of A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, leased the last existing space at the park, which is located near the R6 expressway and Prague airport. Miroslav Kotek of JLL’s industrial agency said the location was key for Damco, which has been operating in the area for 12 years.

Segro Logistics Park Prague offers 100,000 sqm of completed and fully leased industrial space on 70 ha. The park can accommodate a total of 250,000 sqm of modern logistics and industrial space. The tenant list includes names such as Ikea, PRO.MED.CS Praha and Domo Service.
