Eden Capital Development is preparing a new investment in Bucharest, Cortina Forest, an investment estimated at EUR 200 million. The new project is located in the Pipera area - Erou Iancu Nicolae Street, on a plot of land with an area of 30,000 sqm, purchased 2 years ago.

The company has delivered in the last 7 years about 1,600 homes in Bucharest, especially in the northern area, and has another 1,700 apartments under development.

The company has under its portfolio, under the Cortina brand, five ensembles already built or under development - Cortina Residence, Cortina Academy, Cortina North, Cortina Forest and Cortina 126. Apart from the Cortina concept, the company has also developed the Dinamic City ensemble, Four City North and Delta City.
