ING Bank relocating to Harfa Office Center

ING Bank will move its headquarters in Prague 5-Smíchov to the Harfa Office Center by the end of this year. ING will take 3,600 sqm in the building next to the O2 Arena in Prague 9. The developer Lighthouse completed Harfa Office Center in 2010, but the building has leased slowly. The ING lease helped push the building’s vacancy below 25 percent. Lighthouse also recently signed lease deals with LG Electronics and Český svaz ledního hokeje. The main reason behind ING’s decision to relocate was lower rent, according to unofficial sources.
