Mikalai Vaskaboinikau buys One Herăstrau Office

Professional poker player Mikalai Vaskaboinikau entered the Romanian real estate market by purchasing the One Herăstrău Office office building, in the north of Bucharest, at a price of EUR 21 million, from the real estate developer One United Properties and its partners, Conarg and the owner of the distributor of pharmaceutical raw materials Origin Pharma.

One Herăstrău Office is an office building with a ground floor plus seven floors and parking spaces distributed over three underground floors. Companies headquartered here include Dr. Reddy's Pharma, Grupo Confrasilvas, Stratulat Albulescu law firm and TechVentures Bank.

Mikalai Vaskaboinikau has won, in total, from the live poker tournaments he has participated in so far, more than USD 2.7 million.
