Nordis Group sees sales of the first 73 apartments in Nordis Mamaia

Nordis Group signed 73 sales-purchase contracts for the residential phase of the Nordis Mamaia 5-star complex. Built on an area of more than 43,000 sqm, located between the sea and the lake, just 50 meters from the beach, Nordis Mamaia includes residential buildings and the largest hotel on the coast, which is to be inaugurated this year.

With a market value of over EUR 400 million upon completion of the entire project, the complex will be the largest mixed development in Romania, totaling 250,000 sqm built.

Nordis Group closed 2022 with 341 apartments sold, with a cumulative value of over EUR 33 million. The company is currently developing projects with a market value of over EUR 500 million in Bucharest and in the most popular resorts in Romania: Sinaia, Brașov and Mamaia.
