Radovan Vitek bought the shares held by S Immo in Immofinanz

Czech billionaire Radovan Vitek, through CPI Property Group (CPIPG), bought the shares held by S Immo in the developer Immofinanz and thus came to own 48.18% of Immofinanz, one of the largest real estate investors in Romania and the third largest owner of offices space after Globalworth and AFI Europe. Bank of America Corporation owns 4.2% of Immofinanz, and the remaining 47.6% of the shares are traded on the stock exchange.

In addition, CPIPG owns over 60 percent of Globalworth since last year. Radovan Vitek has an estimated fortune of USD 4.8 billion, according to Forbes.
