Spartan, the restaurant chain founded by businessman Stefan Mandachi, has concluded an agreement for the takeover of five of Taksim's locations in Bucharest, for the amount of EUR 1 million, being in advanced negotiations for the other three Taksim restaurants in the Capital.

"We are extremely pleased to announce that, after lengthy negotiations over the past half year, Spartan has reached an agreement to add five new restaurants to its portfolio. Thanks to my colleagues and the entire Spartan team for their work these months! I would also like to thank the Taksim representatives for their professionalism and for the way they handled these negotiations - seriously and promptly ", said Ştefan Mandachi.

The five locations for which an agreement has already been concluded are those in Sun Plaza, Auchan Titan, Bucharest Mall Vitan, Băneasa Shopping City and Promenada Mall.
