The Bucharest Stock Exchange is preparing to move its offices to the America House building, located in the Piața Victoriei area, Bucharest. The stock exchange would leave the Modern building in which it operates, if the shareholders' approval is obtained.

Thus, BVB will conclude a 10-year lease with a company owned by a holding company registered in the Netherlands and indirectly controlled by Morgan Stanley.

The America House building has been owned by Morgan Stanley since 2019 and has a leasable area of 27,500 sqm and among the tenants are Mastercard, Cisco and the Embassy of Japan.
