YIT Slovakia has started selling flats in the third phase of Nuppu, a residential project it’s been developing in Bratislava’s Ružinov neighborhood. The apartment house, called Ruusu, will offer 106 flats along with a single retail unit. Flat prices range between €2,200 to €2,500 per sqm, €200 more than flats in the previous phase. Flats in the second phase were selling for €1,900 to €2,250 per sqm in April. Last year, the developer charged €1,900 per sqm for flats in the first phase. YIT already broke ground on the third phase, with completion scheduled for September 2019. Completion of the first phase is expected in April 2018. The project will also offer space for shops and services as well as a central park with playgrounds and relaxation zones with grills.
