Aparthotel Franz by Zeitraum, located near Wenceslas Square, has unveiled an apartment designed in collaboration with Czech satirist Tomáš Břínek, known under the pseudonym TMBK. The 2+kk unit was furnished by Bonami studio, incorporating Břínek’s artistic style and personal elements.

The apartment is available for both short- and long-term stays. According to Zeitraum, the collaboration aimed to create a functional space that also reflects the artist’s distinctive humor and collage-based work. Břínek lived in the apartment for several months during the design process, contributing to the selection of details and artworks included in the interior.

The furnishings and accessories were provided by Bonami, with a focus on aligning the overall design with Břínek’s preferences. Original collages and artworks form part of the apartment’s décor.

Břínek commented that the project was an unusual opportunity to bring his visual style into a hotel setting, combining humor, satire, and a personal touch within a residential environment.
