7R expands operations in Czechia with new leasing manager and ongoing projects

7R, a developer of high-quality warehouse and logistics spaces, has strengthened its presence in the Czech market with the appointment of Štefan Bohoš as Leasing Manager in Prague. His role will focus on leasing operations and supporting the company’s expansion strategy in the region.

Bohoš brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, leasing, and business development, having previously worked as Commercial Manager at Panattoni and as an industrial consultant at JLL. His background includes overseeing leasing transactions across Czechia, assisting clients in manufacturing, logistics, and e-commerce.

The company has been expanding its development pipeline in Czechia since early 2024. Two major projects are currently underway:
• 7R Park Lavičky D1 Highway, a 25,000 sqm logistics facility strategically located along the Brno–Prague motorway, with an investment exceeding €30 million.
• A 56,000 sqm development in Lužec, part of Prague’s metropolitan area, developed in partnership with EQT.

Both projects have obtained full building permits and are designed to meet modern standards in energy efficiency and logistics infrastructure. 7R’s continued growth in Czechia reflects its focus on expanding logistics and production facilities tailored to the region’s industrial and e-commerce needs.
