A new road that connects the locality of Tunari to Cosmopolis Plaza has been completed

The local authorities of Tunari and the developer of the Cosmopolis complex have completed the construction works on the new road that connects the locality of Tunari to the largest retail park in the North of the Capital - Cosmopolis Plaza.

This new access road, with a length of 1.8 kilometers, is the result of a public-private urban planning coordination aimed at providing easy and fast access to the largest commercial area in the area.

Work on this project began in September 2023 and was completed in a record time of only 6 months.

The nearly 2 km section inaugurated now is part of the future highway, which will connect, in the near future, the locality of Tunari and other neighboring localities directly to the A3 Motorway, via Cosmopolis Plaza.

Among the investment plans for this year, Opus Land Development includes the expansion of the Cosmopolis neighborhood, which now has over 15,000 residents, as well as bringing important international brands to Cosmopolis Plaza - the largest retail park in the North of the Capital.
