The Aures Holdings Group, which operates AAA Auto used cars, will hire a total of 270 new employees in countries where it operates. The number of employees should gradually increase to 2,700 by the end of the year, the company announced today.

Within the group, there are currently 183 positions in the Czech Republic, 25 in Slovakia and 62 in Poland. These positions include from accounting and administrative staff, through call center operators, car dealers, financial product intermediaries and car preparation staff to strategic positions for the new startup Driverama.

The reason for the recruitment is a significant increase in sales after the reopening of branches. Four weeks after the opening of the AAA Auto car center, it sold a total of a record 8,500 cars. "Already in May, 180 new colleagues joined us to complete the missing infrastructure as part of the ongoing expansion. In the Czech Republic, we are able to fill the announced position in an average of 22 days, in Poland in eighteen and in Slovakia even in just nine days," she said CEO Karolína Topolová.

This year, the group plans to open new branches in Poland and launch online sales of used cars in Western Europe through the startup Driverama.

Aures Holdings has been operating on the market for 29 years. It operates a network of almost fifty branches in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.
