AFI Home Kolbenova 2 reaches 50% occupancy as Vysočany district gains popularity

The Vysočany district of Prague, an increasingly sought-after residential and office hub, continues to draw interest from new tenants, as demonstrated by the rapid occupancy of the AFI Home Kolbenova 2 project. Developed by AFI Europe, the project has achieved 50% occupancy just a few months after its launch, highlighting the growing demand for modern rental housing in this dynamic area.

AFI Home Kolbenova 2 offers 327 residential units designed for long-term rentals, catering to a diverse range of tenants, from individuals and couples to families. The units vary in size, from compact studios to spacious four-room apartments, making them appealing to a wide audience.

“We are delighted with the strong interest in our apartments. Since completing the project, we have rented out over 160 units,” said Elena Pisotchi, Rental Housing Manager at AFI Europe. “At AFI Europe, we focus on providing top-notch amenities and services close to our tenants’ homes, which significantly enhances the appeal of living at AFI Home Kolbenova 2. Recently, we opened a self-service laundry, Lavor, in the residential area, offering convenient laundry solutions with large-volume machines and dryers. Additionally, a co-working space in the adjacent AFI City office building will soon open, providing local residents with more options for work and meetings.”

The apartments at AFI Home Kolbenova 2 are designed to meet modern living standards, combining aesthetics with functionality. Created in collaboration with renowned companies XXXLutz and ProCeram, the interiors are both stylish and practical. Many of the units feature a loggia or balcony, and larger apartments may include two outdoor spaces, enhancing residents’ comfort. The building offers a range of conveniences, including a 24-hour front desk, property management services for maintenance and minor repairs, easily accessible parking spaces, and spacious basements.

AFI Home Kolbenova 2 is part of the larger AFI City district, a rapidly developing multifunctional area. The project benefits from its strategic location, with a courtyard full of greenery connected to a large park featuring a promenade, playground, and benches. Excellent transport links to central Prague are provided by the nearby Kolbenova B metro station.

AFI Europe continues to see high occupancy across its rental portfolio, which includes nearly 900 apartments under the AFI Home brand. The flagship project, AFI Home Třebešín, has maintained 100% occupancy since its completion in 2022, as has AFI Home Karlín. The first phase of AFI Home Kolbenova has already reached approximately 90% occupancy, with full occupancy expected in the coming weeks.
