The Alezzi Group, which has developed a portfolio of over 1,900 apartments on the seaside coast, bought a large real estate project from the Portuguese group Martifer, right at the entrance to the Mamaia resort, i.e. a plot of land with an area of 34,800 sqm.

The Portuguese from Martifer created a Zonal Urban Plan in this location, still valid, for a large real estate project that proposes the construction of 7 high-rise towers with apartments, aparthotel, hotel, commercial spaces and over 2,900 parking spaces. The entire built area of the project designed by Martifer is over 105,000 sqm, for the realization of which an investment of over EUR 80 million would be required.

The real estate developer is also going to deliver to the market this year the Alezzi Odyssey complex with 579 apartments in Mamaia Nord and also has under construction the Alezzi Towers project with 284 apartments to be delivered in 2026.
