Allegro has taken steps to create a brand that will become "a symbol of Polish fashion products", the company said. The "Allegro Projektownia" campaign is to serve this purpose.

Polish fashion has been gaining more and more popularity in recent years, becoming a guarantor of high-quality and original design. The Allegro shopping platform has decided to respond to the preferences of buyers by organizing the 'Allegro Projektownia' campaign. Its main assumption is to create a brand that will become a symbol of Polish fashion products.

As part of the event, there is a plebiscite for the "Best Polish Product" and "Audience Product", in which Polish entrepreneurs from the clothing industry participate. The winner in the main category will be selected by the Jury, which includes, among others: Ewa Minge (fashion designer) and Andrzej Pągowski (graphic artist, set designer). Buyers on Allegro will also play an important role in the campaign, they will choose "Audience product" in the vote. Thirty Polish companies were on the list of brands participating in the poll. The value of all awards for authors is over PLN 1 million, the company said in a statement.

"Allegro Projektownia" Plebiscite was initiated to support young Polish brands. We observe that Polish fashion enjoys more and more interest and trust. That is why, with the help of experts and our clients, we will choose brands that we will support in further development. They will surely appeal to both the creators and all those who decide to vote for them, so I strongly encourage you to take part in the plebiscite "- said Celestyna Lendo-Zachariasz, director of the fashion segment at Allegro, the company also quoted.

Voting lasts until June 20. The final of the action and the presentation of the winners will take place on June 30.

Allegro is the number 1 trading platform in Poland. Sales are mainly carried out by companies via the Allegro.pl marketplace e-commerce platform. The value of products sold (GMV) on the group's platform accounted for approx. 3% of the retail market in Poland in 2019. Since October 2016, Allegro belongs to the funds of Cinven, Permira and Mid Europa. The company made its debut on the WSE in October 2020.
