AmRest: Burger King has terminated brand development agreements in five countries

Burger King Europe GMBH announced the termination of contracts for the development of the Burger King brand in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria on February 1, 2022, AmRest announced, that it would continue to lead 93 Burger King restaurants in the markets mentioned.

AmRest will continue to run 93 Burger King restaurants on the above-mentioned markets, while maintaining the best service and quality standards, in accordance with the signed franchise agreements, which will remain in force. Therefore, termination of developer agreements will not have a significant impact on revenues, EBITDA and the total assets of AmRest , the company announced.
