The entrepreneur Andrei Bojiță, majority shareholder of the local leader of IT solutions for retail and banking Romanian Business Consult, is preparing the construction site of a premium residential project, which also aims to restore a historical monument house in the center of Bucharest.

The investor made a Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) as early as 2018 that proposed the construction of a residential building structured on two basements, ground floor and 5 floors and the restoration of the historical monument house that is next to this objective. The project was authorized by the town hall in December 2021, and now the construction site is being prepared on a plot of land with an area of about 1,500 sqm on Mihai Eminescu Street, no. 93-95. The PUZ proposal aimed at the construction of an area of 3,840 sqm, the equivalent of about 40 apartments.

The project was carried out by the ADNBA architecture office, and the designated builder is Plastrom.
