The entrepreneur Andrei Mihai Costescu, the owner of the investment fund specialized in technology and cryptocurrencies Jeco Capital, is preparing his entry into the real estate market through a block with 71 premium apartments, located across the street from the famous "Doi Cocoși" restaurant, in the north of Bucharest, on a land with an area of 2,169 sqm.

Andrei Mihai Costescu's company plans to build on this land a block with 3 basements dedicated to parking, a high ground floor and 11 floors, which would include 71 premium apartments.

“The proposed building will house 2 bedroom studio apartments, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 4 or 5 bedroom duplexes. Two retail showroom-type spaces will be set up on the upper ground floor. The necessary parking spaces will be arranged on the ground level and within the 3 basements," the project carried out by Metrik Architecture office states.
The investment will be executed from own funds and is estimated at around EUR 6.3 million.
