Andrei Ștefan and Dan Petrișor, two real estate market experts, announce the launch of BridgeCore – a financial advisory company exclusively dedicated to real estate developers and operators in Romania.

„The local market lacks a mechanism that effectively connects developers with available capital. The BridgeCore platform addresses exactly this need! Through our practical experience in developments and financings, we bring structure and trust to the relationship between projects and financial partners – investors and banks – so that good ideas reach the status of final resultsl”, said Andrei Ștefan, Co-founder & Partner, BridgeCore Partners.

„Romanian real estate has grown significantly in recent years, and to take the next step it needs more financial discipline and custom-made solutions. With the BridgeCore platform, we bring locally and internationally accumulated know-how and a hands-on, results-oriented approach. We want to be long-term partners for reputable developers and operators in the real estate sector”, stated Dan Petrișor, Co-founder & Partner, BridgeCore Partners.

BridgeCore covers all real estate market segments – residential, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality – providing hands-on solutions and continuous support until project delivery and exit.
