The ANTRACIT development group is expanding its site in one of the most attractive logistics hubs in Slovakia near Senec. The new development project, which will offer tenants over 6,000 sqm suitable for logistics, small-scale production or warehousing with associated administrative facilities, will complement the existing 5,700 sqm multifunctional building in the 12,000 sqm ANTRACIT Senec industrial complex.

The ANTRACIT Senec site is located just one kilometre from Slovakia's main logistics artery, the D1 motorway, and only 29 kilometres from the capital Bratislava. "The new project, with its size and the character of the detached building, offers a unique opportunity for tenants looking for an environment tailored to their individual needs. The land has been granted planning permission and we are currently looking for suitable tenants for the industrial park. The expected date for obtaining the final building permit is in the autumn of this year," says Zuzana Bajgarová, director of the international development group ANTRACIT for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The upcoming building will offer tenants suitable space for logistics, small production or storage with a total area of 6,081 sqm and a height of 15 metres with the possibility of built-in offices and sanitary facilities with a total area of 417 sqm. The complex also includes 52 parking spaces.

Due to its distinctive location and easy accessibility from Pezinská cesta, the ANTRACIT Senec facility is highly visible and easily accessible throughout the territory of the largest logistics centre in Slovakia.
