Apex Alliance is preparing the sale of a Hilton hotel in Romania

Lithuanian hotel operator Apex Alliance Hotel Management, which manages 5 hotels in Bucharest, is analyzing several offers to sell the 4-star Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Airport hotel, the first hotel located in an airport in Romania, according to real estate market sources.

In 2023, the unit had record business of RON 43.5 million and a net profit of RON 11.6 million, with 60 employees.

Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Airport was inaugurated in August 2019, has 218 rooms and required an investment of EUR 19 million. Apex Alliance Hotel Management operates five hotels in Bucharest, with a total capacity of over 1,000 rooms.
