Arcadia Apartments Domenii announces the contracting of all premium apartments

After the success enjoyed by the first two phases of the Arcadia Apartments Domenii project, totaling 520 completed and fully sold apartments, Conadi continues the development of Phase III. The construction works started in August and include 3 buildings, with 245 apartments, to be delivered at the end of 2024. Among the new facilities of the project are the construction of commercial spaces on the ground floor of buildings, more generous areas for apartments and premium products of penthouse type with 360 panoramic view, loft and duplex with garden.

"The appetite for premium products is still growing, especially among buyers in the north of the capital, which is also reflected in our sales. One year after we started sales for Phase III, more than 60 percent of the apartments have been contracted, and the premium products are currently sold out. Despite the current international context that has brought visible changes to the economic and social parameters, we have managed to focus our efforts on identifying solutions to maintain the pace of execution, the work on the project is proceeding according to plan," Maria Vasile, Head of New Homes, Conadi.
