Cargo carrier Arcese Transport has expanded its storage space at the WDP logistics park in Dragomiresti, by 6,500 sqm, reaching a total area of 11,000 sqm. Arcese was advised by JLL in the lease process. Arcese currently leases a total of 16,000 sqm of logistics space in Romania.
“The very good relationship with WDP was the basis of Arcese's decision to expand its operations in the Dragomiresti warehouse. Also, given the vulnerability of the economy during this period, flexibility is very important in a business contract and also played an important role in this case. The expansion comes at a difficult time from an economic point of view and shows once again that the industrial and logistics market continues to grow in order to meet the need for consumption,” said Mihai Escu, senior consultant in the industrial department at JLL Romania.
