UBM Development Czechia has started construction of the first stage of the Arcus City residential project with 100 apartments and introduced a new sales center. In it, those interested can view the standards of equipment and choose from modern housing units, including unique garden apartments with front gardens and a private entrance or from luxury penthouses with views. In the first half of this year, 60% of the units were sold and another 25% are under negotiation. Therefore, the developer decided at the turn of August and September to launch another 50 apartments. A total of 280 units with a floor area of 27 sqm to 135 sqm, 10 family houses and retail space will be created in the project.

The first stage of the Arcus City project in Prague's Stodůlky, which is planned to be completed in 2023, includes 4 houses with a total of 100 apartments, each with its own balcony, terrace or front garden. The units are above standard equipped with large wooden windows and wooden floors, stylish tiles or are prepared for electrically operated outdoor blinds. Maximum comfort is provided by gas central heating or air conditioning on the top floor.

UBM plans to start selling the second stage with central apartment buildings and retail space at the beginning of next year. The newly created compact unit will then complete the last third phase with 10 family houses and 60 units in apartment buildings. The project places great emphasis on the well-thought-out concept of common areas, which include playgrounds, plenty of grassy areas, picnic areas, gardens and trails for skaters and cyclists. Of course there are underground garages, storage rooms for bicycles and prams and closed ventilated spaces for waste bins in the basement. The name Arcus is based on the Latin word for the arch, which became the main element of the whole territory. It is reflected both in the urban design and in the architectural design. The general contractor of the construction will be the company Algon.

"Directly in the Arcus City project, we have just opened a new sales center, which those interested can visit every weekday, either in the morning or in the afternoon. It is also possible to arrange an individual meeting. We will be happy to help clients with the purchase of their dream apartment. We sell exclusively with the Lexxus Norton real estate agency for the sale," says Alice Slámová, Marketing and Sales Director of UBM Development Czechia, and adds:" The modern Arcus City residential project is mainly sought after by those interested in a quiet life in the middle of greenery. It offers an ideal place for living also thanks to its accessibility and complete civic amenities within reach, as Stodůlky is a dynamically developing district of Prague. The apartments are also very suitable for individual investors. "

The surroundings of the project have all civic amenities. Within walking distance of this rapidly developing locality are schools and kindergartens, supermarkets, a polyclinic and a post office. Sports facilities and restaurants will take care of pleasant leisure time. A stop will be created directly in the project, which will connect it with the metro station B - Stodůlky. The journey to the center of the capital about 20 minutes. Residents will also appreciate the great accessibility to the airport. Arcus City is surrounded by beautiful nature offering many opportunities for active recreation. You can go on trips to the Prokop or Dalejské valleys, the Řepora biopark or to the historical part of Řeporyjí with one of the oldest churches in Bohemia.
