Aricoma from the KKCG group buy Polish software company Clearcode

Aricoma from the KKCG investment group of entrepreneur Karel Komárek has bought the Polish software company Clearcode. It deals with the development of platforms for internet advertising and custom marketing. KKCG, according to its announcement. Price was not disclosed.

"The acquisition of Clearcode is a significant step for the Aricoma Group and fits in perfectly with our plans to expand into new, dynamic markets across Europe. Poland is one of the largest markets in Central and Eastern Europe and Clearcode has an excellent position here," said Head of Department at Aricoma Digital Ludovic Gaudé.

According to Clearcode CEO Piotr Banaszczyk, the merger with Aricom will vigorously support the company's growth plans over the next few years. Being part of the Aricoma group will mean more business opportunities for Clearcode and faster expansion into new markets and new industries, he added.

Clearcode designs and supplies comprehensive technologies for programmatic advertising and digital marketing in its offices in Wrocław and Katowice. The incorporation under Aricoma will allow the company to offer clients more services, especially in the areas of data processing, data science and machine learning.

Together with 100 Clearcode professionals, the Aricoma Group currently employs more than 3,000 people in ten companies and has a consolidated turnover of 340 million euros, or about 8.5 billion CZK. Aricoma operates in 20 markets.

According to last year's Forbes magazine, Komárek is the second richest Czech with assets worth CZK 117.8 billion.
