Art Box Experience to lease 800 sqm at Norblin Factory

Art Box Experience has leased 800 sqm at Norblin Factory, which is currently undergoing a revitalization by Capital Park Group in Warsaw’s Wola district. Art Box Experience took space in Building B. Exhibitions at its digital art gallery will be organized in cooperation with the Platige Image Studio.

Norblin Factory will offer 65,000 sqm of usable area, out of which 41,000 sqm will be office area. The remaining 24,000 sqm will be a compilation of several functions: entertainment, restaurants, services, shopping, culture and wellness. Underground parking for 720 vehicles and 200 bikes will be provided. The project secured BREEAM Very Good certification in the design phase. PRC Architekci was responsible for the design. Warbud SA is the general contractor, which is cooperating with companies like Soletanche Polska, Maat4 and TKT Engineering. Monument Service is supervising all conservation works on monuments.
