Art-Invest Real Estate acquires data center in Frankfurt

Art-Invest Real Estate has acquired a data center at Gutleutstraße 310 in Frankfurt. The center, which offers an area of more than 20,000s qm, is leased to the data center company Equinix/TelecityGroup and was sold by Melf Monti I Sàrl. The property was purchased for one of Art-Invest‘s special funds. King&Wood Mallesons acted as the legal advisor of the acquisition for the buyer. Art-Invest Real Estate is a real estate investment and management company who focus on German metropolitan regions Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Köln/Bonn, München, Nürnberg and Stuttgart.
