ATAL is progressing with the third phase of its Żerniki Na Novo residential project in Wrocław, located on Berga Street. The new phase includes the sale of 292 apartments and 8 commercial units, contributing to the growing popularity of the Żerniki area as a prime residential location. The estate is part of the WuWA2 urban concept, inspired by the interwar model housing estate idea, and continues to attract residents seeking modern living spaces in a rapidly developing district.

“Żerniki has become one of Wrocław’s most desirable areas for individuals and families preferring new builds. It offers excellent access to recreational spaces, strong transport links, and fast-developing infrastructure. Our project aligns perfectly with the local government’s vision for the district’s spatial development, and we are proud to be part of it,” said Agnieszka Majkusiak, Sales Director at ATAL.

The apartments in the four new buildings range from 31 to 90 square meters, offering a variety of layouts from one to four rooms, catering to singles, couples, and families alike. Prices per square meter for developer-standard units start at PLN 11,200 and go up to PLN 14,000. Buyers can also opt for a turnkey finish with one of four design options from the ATAL Design package.

The architectural design of the new buildings reflects the classic style associated with the WuWA2 concept, blending modern elements with contrasting colors, wooden accents, and extensive glazing for a distinctive look. The development will feature high-quality materials and include carefully landscaped green spaces, benches, and communal relaxation areas. Intelligent lighting will enhance security while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, there will be special communal rooms for residents, such as a relaxation area and an art studio.

Since the project began in 2016, the surrounding area has experienced rapid growth, with numerous shops, services, restaurants, and a kindergarten now available. Nearby tram and bus stops offer convenient connections to the city center and other districts, while proximity to major roads like the AOW and A4 motorway ensures quick travel in all directions.

For nature lovers, the estate’s location is ideal, with the popular Glinianki swimming pool, allotments, Pilczycki Park, and Kuźnicki Forest just a short bike ride away. Sports and entertainment enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby Tarczyński Arena Wrocław, which hosts major events and features an ice rink during winter months. The area also boasts a rich recreational infrastructure, including a karting track and a pump track.

Families will benefit from the estate’s close proximity to educational institutions, with a kindergarten on-site and a primary school just minutes away by car. Looking ahead, the ongoing development of the Żerniki area includes planned upgrades to Kosmonautów Street, with new cycling paths and improved access to both the city center and surrounding areas. A tram line extension, complete with a new depot and a multifunctional sports center, is also in the pipeline.

With Żerniki Na Novo continuing to evolve, this latest phase promises to further enhance the appeal of one of Wrocław’s fastest-growing residential areas.
