Atenor starts the construction of UP-site residential project in Bucharest

Belgian real estate developer, Atenor, is starting this month the construction of UP-site, its’ first prestige residential project located in Floreasca, Bucharest. The building permit was obtained last spring, right after lockdown. Since launching the sales process, at the end of November 2020, almost 50 percent of the whole project has been signed off plan. UP-site Bucharest will feature 270 apartments in two residential high-rise buildings of 12 and 25 floors connected thanks to a common ground-floor.
