Hines has signed a long-term lease agreement with Aurora Logistics Sp. z o.o. for space at HiPark Rzepin. The company, part of the CIRRO Fulfillment group and active in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, and warehousing, has taken 19,000 sqm of warehouse space along with 140 sqm of office space under a 10-year lease. Knight Frank advised Aurora Logistics during the negotiations.

HiPark Rzepin comprises around 52,000 sqm across two warehouse halls, designed for a range of storage and production processes. The facility includes a 10-metre clear height, VNA-adapted flooring with a load capacity of six tonnes per square metre, multiple docks and drive-in gates, and modern security systems. Office and social areas have been designed for tenant flexibility. Two units remain available for lease: 5,000 sqm in Hall A and 10,000 sqm in Hall B.

The complex has been developed in line with sustainability standards and holds a BREEAM “Very Good” certification. Features include energy-efficient solutions intended to reduce operating costs while supporting tenant comfort and broader supply chain sustainability objectives.

Located in Rzepin in the Lubuskie Province, the logistics park is situated next to the A2 motorway, approximately 20 km from the German border crossing in Świecko, 50 km from the S3 expressway, and within 170 km of Poznań and Szczecin. The region’s transport infrastructure, including motorway, rail, and airport links, positions it as one of Poland’s developing logistics hubs with access to both domestic and international distribution networks.
