AutoWallis Group consolidates headquarters at Liberty office complex
AutoWallis Group has relocated its headquarters to the Liberty office complex developed by WING, leasing approximately 5,600 square metres of space. The move brings together more than 400 employees who had previously been spread across several locations in and around Budapest.
AutoWallis, listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange and employing around 1,500 people across the region, has placed its central management and key business divisions on the upper floors of Liberty’s northern wing. The new headquarters consolidates the group’s operational functions, brands, and subsidiaries in a single location.
The office layout was designed to meet the company’s specific needs, with the aim of improving efficiency by housing previously separate teams under one roof. According to the company, the relocation also provides a central base for partners and clients, aligning with its ongoing regional expansion.
Liberty is a mixed-use development offering office space alongside hotels, restaurants, and leisure facilities. The complex includes a 1,000-square-metre garden, rooftop sports areas, bicycle and scooter storage, electric vehicle charging points, and underground parking.
The lease agreement with AutoWallis represents one of the larger transactions on the Budapest office market in 2025.
