Avny sells one of its office buildings in Pipera

The Avny real estate group, managed by Ofir Avny, has put up for sale the MG2 office building, near the Pipera metro station, where a Medicover clinic operates.

The building, built in 2009, has a rentable area of over 7,100 square meters and an occupancy rate of over 80%. The income generated from renting the MG2 office building is over EUR 61,000 per month, equivalent to an annual yield of over 7.5%.

Now, Multigalaxy has decided to put this building up for sale at a price of EUR 10 million.
The Avny family's properties in Bucharest are rented mainly to companies in the medical sector.
