Bahri Buyukhanli is preparing to invest EUR 40 million in a villa project

HANN Development, owned by Turkish businessman Bahri Buyukhanli, brother of Cosmopolis developer, announces a EUR 40 million investment in a residential complex with villas, which will be built on a 10-hectare plot of land near Cosmopolis.

The representatives of the developer Cosmopolis stated that the land is not part of the complex built by them. "The developers of the two projects are separate entities that operate independently, and the complex of villas is not related to the Cosmopolis neighborhood," they say.

Work on the first HANN Harmony villas will start early next year. Purchase prices start from around EUR 154,000 (plus VAT), and Premier Estate Management handles the sale.
