Berlin Hyp is providing a loan of €71 million over a term of four years to a joint-venture between AnaCap Financial Partners and the FREO Group in order to refinance the acquisition and finance the construction of a 645-bed student housing and co-living program of 14,207 sqm drawn by architect Axel Schoenert. It is located 60 Avenue du Général de Gaulle in Puteaux (92) close to La Défense. Upon delivery, expected in the 4th quarter of 2024, the twelve-storey complex will offer more than 2,000 m² of common areas, including an entrance hall, a cafeteria, a fitness club, lounges and workspaces, accessible terraces with planted areas and gardens. The partnership will operate the residence under the Hackasi brand.

The project has received building permit and will be developed by Nexity to create high-quality student housing that meet some of the highest ESG standards and certifications. This makes the building eligible for Berlin Hyp’s Green Bond, thus contributing to greater sustainability in the real estate industry.
