The Romanian entrepreneur of Lebanese origin Beydoun Khalil and his partners are preparing the construction of 3 residential towers, with hundreds of apartments, on part of the former factory of insulation and sealing products Izolatorul on Electronicii Road, Bucharest. Beydoun Khalil and the Icelandic company Holsgil own a plot of land with an area of about 4,000 sqm.

Beydoun Khalil and his partners have now initiated the first urban planning formalities aimed at, in a first stage, the dismantling of all existing constructions on the land and, in the second stage, the construction of 3 buildings with the destination of collective housing and commercial spaces on the ground floor, plus parking in the basement, with a height regime of S+P+14 floors, joined by a connecting body with two floors.

The same investors also had a piece of land, nearly 1,000 sqm, adjacent to the property they now want to develop, but it was foreclosed and sold to a company promoting a residential project instead.
