Bidli has completed the rough construction of a chamber housing project in Nemilany in Olomouc

The Bidli development project in Nemilany has completed with its rough construction. Out of a total of 11 flats for sale, only the last four remain. The modern apartment building is located in the southern part of Olomouc combines the advantages of village and city life. The common enclosed courtyard and garden offers families with facilities leisure time. Commissioning of the units is planned for the beginning of 2022.

The Bidli project in Nemilany successfully advanced to the rough construction phase. All further work is now proceeding according to schedule. The chamber residence consists of only 11 residential units with layouts of 2 + kk and 3 + kk and sizes of 52.7 m2 to 104.4 sqm. All have a well-thought-out compositional solution and some have a balcony. Of course there are cellars and covered and outdoor parking spaces on their own land.
