Billionaire Panico Panayi prepares a drive-thru area at the entrance of Colosseum Mall

The British millionaire of Cypriot origin Panico Panayi is preparing to set up a drive-thru area of about 7,500 sqm at the entrance of the Colosseum shopping complex in the north of Bucharest, which will include the second Starbucks Drive Thru café in Romania and two other international brands.

The real estate developer completed last year an investment of around EUR 30 million in the construction of a new wing attached to the Colosseum shopping centre, which added 16,500 sqm of leasable space and increased the retail park to 54,500 sqm, 98 percent leased.
