Braiconf wants a EUR 10 million loan for an urban reconversion project

Braiconf SA, one of the largest domestic shirt manufacturers in our country, wants to take a 10 million euro loan for the urban reconversion of two buildings it owns in Brăila and their transformation into Braiconf Plaza.

"Braiconf Plaza represents the most ambitious urban reconversion project in Brăila, which will transform a former industrial site into a modern multifunctional hub. With a total leasable area of 26,294 sqm, Braiconf Plaza will become a reference point for the commercial, cultural and social life of the city," the project presentation states.

Braiconf Plaza includes five essential components: Commercial Area, Services and Health Area, Residential Area and Aparthotel, Office Area, Industrial Area - production units for textile garments, preserving the Braiconf tradition.

In addition, the project will also include a semi-Olympic running track, art gallery and museum, flower shop, playground, green spaces and courtyards, as well as an open market for local events.
