BrainMarket Relocates to P3 Ostrava Central

BrainMarket, a Czech company specializing in healthy nutrition and dietary supplements, is relocating its operations to P3 Ostrava Central, where it will occupy 9,900 square meters in Hall M1. The move gives the company three times more space than before, enabling it to expand logistics, administrative, and production functions.

The relocation will take place in phases. Logistics operations and BrainMarket’s express pick-up service will transfer to the new site in September. Administrative facilities are expected to move in the first half of 2026, followed by production activities once new technologies are installed later in the year.

According to BrainMarket founder Jiří Votava, the transition represents more than just an expansion in space. “Moving logistics is an opportunity to rethink the entire process and make it better – from packaging to shipping to delivery. The new logistics facility at P3 Ostrava Central represents a major shift in our distribution model,” he said. The larger warehouse will allow for better organization of packaging lines, faster dispatch of shipments, and more efficient operations during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.

The new location, close to Ostrava’s main transport routes, is expected to improve connections with carriers and broaden access to both regional and international logistics networks, supporting potential cross-border expansion.

P3 Ostrava Central was developed on a former brownfield site in Vítkovice and is designed to accommodate a mix of production, logistics, retail, and office functions. The complex has achieved BREEAM Excellent certification and incorporates sustainability measures, including extensive green spaces, tree planting, and public amenities such as bike racks and outdoor fitness equipment.

The park already hosts companies including Linde Material Handling, refrigeration distributor Tefcold, toy distributor Canpol babies, press distributor PNS, beer distributor Zítek, and retailer Bezvapostele.cz. BrainMarket’s arrival adds a tenant from the growing health and wellness sector, further diversifying the site’s business profile.

Marek Jaskula, Leasing Manager at P3, noted that the addition of BrainMarket underscores the flexibility and appeal of the complex. “It confirms that tenants value not only the location but also the multifunctionality of the halls, which can accommodate production, logistics, retail, and administration,” he said.
