Brothers Raj and Alok Gupta enter the Romanian office market by acquiring UiPath office

Indian brothers Raj and Alok Gupta, who recently bought World Class Romania, the largest player in the local wellness industry, are at an advanced stage in the process of acquiring The Landmark office complex in central Bucharest from US investment fund Cerberus Capital Management and its regional partner Revetas Capital.

The deal, valued at around EUR 80 million, will be handled through Indian-owned London Partners.

The Landmark complex is located in the Romana Square area, consists of 3 office buildings with a total leasable area of 23,500 sqm and has as main tenants UiPath, Wolf Theiss, TotalEnergies, Systematic and Premier Energy.
