Brothers Sorina-Liana Mirea and Costin-Alexandru Mirea buy wind farm in Tulcea

A company owned by the brothers Sorina-Liana Mirea and Costin-Alexandru Mirea, which also controls the electricity trader and supplier Energy Distribution Services, took over a company that operates a wind farm that has been in production for almost 10 years, located in Tulcea county.

The company, controlled until recently, indirectly, by Diana-Alina Teodorescu and Elena Bălan, finished last year with a net profit of RON 6.66 million, with total revenues of RON 22.12 million.

The company controlled by Sorina-Liana Mirea and Costin-Alexandru Mirea, Energy Distribution Services, a major electricity trader and supplier, recorded in 2023 a net profit of over RON 110 million and total revenues that exceeded RON 4 billion.
