BudaPart GATE classified as LEED Gold

BudaPart GATE, the first office building in the new BudaPart neighborhood, has secured LEED Gold certification. The 11-story Budapest building was completed in February. It is nearly 90 percent leased to companies like Atradius Hungary, Sió ECKES, doTERRA, Orange Business Services, Novo Nordisk Hungária and IFUA Horváth & Partners. The project’s developer, Property Market, also has offices there. The LEED certification process recognized several of BudaPart GATE’s sustainability efforts, including its energy-efficient mechanical solutions, energy-saving luminaries, water-saving irrigation and equipment and electric car charging ports.
