Bulgaria's Rollplast invests 15 mln euro in its Kostinbrod plant

Bulgarian manufacturer of PVC and aluminium windows, doors and shutters Rollplast opened a new office building and an expanded production facility worth a total Levs 30 million levs (EUR 15.3 million) at its plant in Kostinbrod, near Sofia. With this latest investment Rollplast created 30 jobs and now employs over 500.

The newly expanded facility will also have a 4 MWp grid-connected solar photovoltaic and battery storage system, said Rollplast administrative director Rosen Deyanski.

The company plans to extend to Croatia and establish a commercial network as it targets to achieve a 50 percent share of exports in this segment.
