Bumchun Precision is planning to invest HUF 13.3bn to develop a new factory in Salgotarjan, central Hungary. The South Korean company will produce parts for electric cars at the new facility. This will be the company’s first foreign plant. The Hungarian government will support the project with a HUF 2.65bn grant for the construction works, said Péter Szijjártó, minister of foreign affairs and trade. Around 200 people will be employed at the plant.
